After watching a video from Tony Robbins last night on Facebook I decided that this year I want to be able to do a video blog to document the overcoming Agoraphobia. You can watch the video on my FaceBook page here because it was very enlightening and encouraging. If you have not had the chance to watch his latest documentary” I’m not your Guru” on Netflix I highly suggest that you watch it. Anyone who suffers from anxiety, depression or any other mental health issues will highly benefit from watching that documentary.
My goal is to first take a vacation to North Carolina probably by Amtrak but I’m not sure yet. I want to document the whole trip and post here on the blog and on YouTube. So if you’re not a subscriber of my YouTube channel yet I have a suggest you go over and subscribe. I may start off with the smaller overnight trip to a hotel not too close to me to kind of get me out of my comfort zone. It’s all about taking baby steps but at the same time just doing it. My goal for 2017 is to use my brain and not have my brain used me or I should say control me and how I feel. So you’ll be seeing more of me out and about driving and doing other activities and I hope that you find it encouraging if you suffer from?agoraphobia as I do,
I am actually a little excited about this journey and I hope nothing gets in the way of me accomplishing it. I love to have your feedback on the post here on the blog or on my YouTube channel. I could use your encouragement and also know how you are doing as well.
